Larger requests are broken down. This applies to full workflows, system integrations, etc. You should expect to receive a reasonable amount of work every 24-48 hours until the entire request is done.

Integration with existing systems is included in the subscription and is simply treated as an automation request. As long as your system can be supported by the automation platform or API, we will take care of the development to ensure maximum functionality and reliability of the final product. Once the automation is fully developed, the flow will be transferred to your account or configured to run autonomously on your own infrastructure. Therefore, a continuous subscription with me is not necessary to keep your automations running. You will have full independence after delivery.

I offer a lot of flexibility in how you request automations using Trello. Some common ways clients request automations are directly via Trello, sharing Google Docs with flowcharts, or even recording a brief Loom video (for those who prefer not to write their briefs out). Basically, if it can be linked to or shared in Trello, it's fair game.

Yes, there are. If requested, there will be a 75% refund of the value if requested within the first week of service. However, due to the high quality of my work, no refunds will be issued for completed work or AFTER the first week of subscription.

Absolutely. I do not cover the following types of work: complex software development from scratch (programming languages not covered by the tools), automations that violate platform terms of service, or integrations with legacy systems without accessible API documentation.

I understand you may not have enough automation work to fill up an entire month. Perhaps you only have one or two requests at the moment. That's where pausing your subscription comes in handy. Billing cycles are based on a 31-day period. Let's say you sign up and use the service for 21 days, and then decide to pause your subscription. This means that the billing cycle will be paused and you'll have 10 days of service remaining to be used anytime in the future.

Once subscribed, you're able to add as many automation requests to your queue as you'd like, and they will be delivered one by one.
